1. Return Eligibility

- Opened or used items for health, safety, or hygiene reasons (e.g., car seats, parts that have been installed)
2. How to Return an Item

- Return Authorization: Once we review your return request, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued, such as if the item is returned in used or damaged condition.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please follow the same process as for a return. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship the new item to you.
Price Difference:
If the item you wish to exchange is of higher value than your original purchase, we will charge the difference. If it is lower, we will issue a refund for the price difference.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process to receive a refund.
